I would like to give Mrs. Jade a special shoutout. I moved in on July 1st, 2024 and have had a few bumps in the road with previous management. Since Mrs. Jade has been here she has turned things around tremendously. She takes the time to take care of her residents and their needs. She is a great listener, very respectful, and customer service skills are excellent. I’m glad they have her on the team.

I love it here I have no complaints. The move in process was a breeze. Trevor made sure everything was simple and easy. The specials they have is a plus I see a lot of bad reviews but I have not one bad thing to say about this complex.

Great renovations! Friendly and professional staff, they do require you to pay spectrum cable and internet through them $80 kinda odd but nice complex to live in

Honestly I felt comfortable as soon I walked in working with Donminque. Everything with getting my apartment just in 2 days went real smooth.

The staff is warm, helpful, and forthright. Maintenance was incredibly kind and prompt, and service was always spectacular! I am very happy with my year living at the Apex!

Just moved in and I am loving it so far! The process was so smooth and organized. Donminique was extremely helpful, a great communicator, and a pleasure to work with. Looking forward to living here.

Great maintenance staff

Kiara, the leasing consultant for Apex, was super friendly, organized, and accommodating. I'm a realtor who regularly assists clients in finding rentals, so I've seen quite a few, and I have to say that Kiara was a breath of fresh air!

I have been living at The Apex for almost 5 months now and have enjoyed the community. Clarence and Marlon assistant me from the beginning and where very professional, courteous, and welcoming from the start. They answered all of my random questions and where extremely patient. The communication has been top tier !!! The bundle deal is great…$80 for cable AND wifi is unheard of so i have grown appreciative of this although we have turned to streaming a lot in this age I still find myself watching cable more than I thought I would. It is newly renovated so I loved knowing I was the first person in my unit. :) All of the staff including maintenance is very nice. I have only needed maintenance a couple of times so far and they have completed the task quickly and promptly. I love that there is an in-unit washer and dryer. That is one of the things that sold me. The gym is convenient as well. Overall, it’s been a great experience so far.

Kiara was extremely professional and walked me through step by step requirements all the move in requirements. She is extremely polite and has a great personality, I can’t believe she said she just started. I would have thought she worked there for years!

Clarence is wonderful and made time to show me an apartment when he was already super busy that day. Has taken the time daily to answer any and all of my questions. He’s made this move one of the best moves I’ve ever had.
