No, the tour is completely free of charge.

We do accept walk-ins. However if there is a tour scheduled at the same time, you will need to either wait or schedule another date/time to tour.

Very accessible. Office hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Saturdays. We can be reached via text, email, phone call, or stopping in the office.

You can apply online through our website at www.theapex-apartments.com

Typically 24-48 hours, depending on when the application was submitted. It may take longer if any application is submitted during the weekend or over a holiday period.

The application fee is $50 per person over the age of 18 or per married couple. Once the application is approved a $300 hold fee is required to hold the apartment until move in. That $300 can then be used towards the overall security deposit or move-in costs.

Read your lease, ask questions and stay in touch with your leasing team. They're your best resource as a first-time renter.

Rent can be paid online via the resident portal or via a cashier's check or money order.

Yes, either through Resident Shield or a third-party company of your choosing (State Farm, All State, etc.)

Water and sewer are paid through your rental portal. You would need to contact Duke Energy at 800-544-6900

The Apex partners with Spectrum for cable/internet. The monthly fee for that is $80. You can use your own provider but will still be required to pay the Spectrum fee.

We do have specials throughout the year where we give bonuses for resident referrals.

Upon signing a lease renewal, the rent increase is cheaper for a longer term lease than a short-term one.

No, subletting is not permitted under the terms of the lease agreement.

Our lease breakage fee is 2 months of rent, plus the resident is responsible for providing a 60-day notice.

Short-term leases are not available when signing the initial lease. However, shorter lease renewal options may be offered at the end of your original lease term. Please contact the leasing office for details.

Yes, we do offer corporate leases. Please contact our leasing office for more details and to discuss specific requirements.

24-Hour Fitness Center and a dog park coming soon.

Yes, open parking is available throughout the community for both residents and guests.

All units come with in-unit washers and dryers for your convenience.

Each unit comes equipped with a refrigerator, oven/stove, dishwasher, and in-unit washer and dryer, all included for your convenience.

No, we currently do not offer furnished apartments.

Package holding is handled on a case-by-case basis.

The fitness center is open 24/7, so you can work out anytime that fits your schedule.

Our gym is equipped with treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bicycles, free weights, and exercise balls to support a variety of workout routines.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. There are no fees for communal space usage.
 

Pet Policy

Yes! We’re a pet-friendly community.

There is a one-time pet fee of $150, a $150 pet security deposit, and a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet. We allow up to two pets per apartment.

Yes, we have a 50-pound weight limit per pet and restrictions on aggressive breeds. Please contact the leasing office for the full list of restricted breeds.

Yes! A pet park is coming soon, so your furry friends will have a great place to play and socialize. Stay tuned for updates!

Location

The Apex is conveniently located off of the Colerain exit on I-174. We are also 41 Metro line.

The nearest cross streets are Colerain Avenue and Northbend Road.

There is a bus stop a block away in either direction from the property.

We are located in the backyard of Mt. Airy Forest, and just minutes from the Northside and Cheviot business districts.

Our community is located within the Cincinnati Public Schools district.

We’re currently building a dog park right here on site, so your furry friends won’t have to travel far to play!

Yes! You’ll find scenic bike trails in Mt. Airy Forest, just a short drive from the community, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts.

We are conveniently located near the Northside, College Hill and Cheviot business districts. 

White Oak Coffee House and Biggby Coffee are just a minute away.

Maintenance

Yes and we also have on-call maintenance techs for emergencies that occur overnight, during weekends, and holidays.

If during office hours, call the office and request a work order to be submitted. Work orders can also be submitted via the online resident portal. If it's an after hours emergency, call the emergency maintenance number.

Work orders are completed based on urgency and in the order they were received.

During office hours, you can request assistance from the office staff. After hours, you will need to call a lock smith and are responsible for the fees associated with the lock out.

We do permit you to hang pictures, mount televisions, hang curtains, etc. but require that you patch any hole larger than quarter size before moving out.
